FitFlow Pro User Agreement

1. General Terms

This User Agreement governs use of FitFlow Pro by an individual user ("User"). Creating an account and using the service means acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Registration and Access

To use FitFlow Pro, the User creates an account and must provide accurate information. The User is responsible for securing credentials.

3. Use of Service

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance and temporary outages may occur.
  • The User must not use the service for unlawful purposes, rights violations, or malware distribution.

4. Personal Data

  • Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
  • Users who enter data about their own clients are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws and obtaining necessary consents.
  • Service emails related to account security, access recovery, payment confirmation, support, and core service operation may be sent where needed to provide the service.
  • Marketing emails about product updates, new features, or special offers are sent only on the basis of separate voluntary consent. Refusing such emails does not limit access to the service.

5. Provider Rights and Obligations

  • Provide core functionality of the service
  • Reasonably maintain availability and reliability
  • Protect confidentiality of user data within the service scope
  • We may update features and restrict access in cases of Agreement violations.

6. User Rights and Obligations

  • Comply with this Agreement and applicable laws
  • Keep account credentials confidential
  • Not transfer account access to third parties

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FitFlow Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use or downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, design, and related materials belong to FitFlow Pro and its licensors. Reverse engineering and unauthorized copying are prohibited unless required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement. The latest version is published on this page and applies from publication date unless otherwise specified.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes are handled under applicable law in the competent jurisdiction for the provider, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
